Your qualifications
- Setup and Maintain the tools and systems required to provide committed support SLAs (Zendesk, Datadog..)
- Setup, maintain and improve the support process workflow (playbooks and runbooks)
- Onboard customers with SLA agreements into the support platforms
- Provide Customers Tickets resolution
- Train and lead the 24/7 support team
- Provide in depth analysis of support operational metrics
- Maintain cross functional influence with the Service Delivery Team
- Service Delivery engagement (Migrations and DevOps)
Your skills
- BA or BS or equivalent experience is required; MA or MS is a plus
- 6+ years of experience
- Excellent Experience in Customer Support: Ticketing and Monitoring Systems
- Advanced System Administration skills (Backup, Patching, PowerShell and Bash Scripting)
- Advanced DB administration skills (MySQL, MS SQL, PostGres..)
- Good IT Security knowledge
- Any Cloud provider hands-on experience
- Advanced Windows and Linux skills (MSCE or RHCEL is a plus)
- Good Networking Knowledge (CCNA is a plus)
- DevOps experience is a Plus
- DataDog Technical Specialist is a Plus
- AWS Certification is a Plus
