Cloud Support Lead

Your qualifications
  • Setup and Maintain the tools and systems required to provide committed support SLAs (Zendesk, Datadog..)
  • Setup, maintain and improve the support process workflow  (playbooks and runbooks)
  • Onboard customers with SLA agreements into the support platforms
  • Provide Customers Tickets resolution
  • Train and lead the 24/7 support team
  • Provide in depth analysis of support operational metrics
  • Maintain cross functional influence with the Service Delivery Team
  • Service Delivery engagement  (Migrations and DevOps)

Your skills
  • BA or BS or equivalent experience is required; MA or MS is a plus
  • 6+ years of experience
  • Excellent Experience in Customer Support: Ticketing and Monitoring Systems
  • Advanced System Administration skills (Backup, Patching, PowerShell and Bash Scripting)
  • Advanced DB administration skills (MySQL, MS SQL, PostGres..)
  • Good IT Security knowledge
  • Any Cloud provider hands-on experience
  • Advanced Windows and Linux skills (MSCE or RHCEL is a plus)
  • Good Networking Knowledge (CCNA is a plus)
  • DevOps experience is a Plus
  • DataDog Technical Specialist is a Plus
  • AWS Certification is a Plus
