This is a Service Operations Manager role for a leading company of renowned team of experts in the field of IT technologies. Its broad and rich experience allows to define, design, develop and deliver scalable IT systems and critical applications for ePayment, Cards and Financial solutions and services.

The position is based in the KSA and includes a good packages, incentives and benefits.

Your role
  • The Service Operations Manager will be responsible for the delivery of agreed levels of service and continual improvements in the operations
  • Responsible for reviewing and maintaining operational quality of service
  • Quality Assurance that operational procedures & processes are followed
  • Operational Model/Processes
  • Owner of the work flow processes and procedures
  • Incident/Problem Management
  • Responsible for Incident Management Service Levels
  • Service Level Tracking/Reporting – Availability/Reliability
  • Owner of the operational Service Level Agreement
  • Statistics/KPI/Business Performance
  • Daily/Weekly Report
  • Compliance
  • Continual Service Improvement
  • Operational Risk identification/management
  • Application of Payment Operations Best Practice
  • Responsible for ensuring service continuity processes and procedures are in place and tested regularly

Your profile
  • Bachelor’s Degree in information technology, computer science, Engineering or similar technical related field
  • Around 5 years of experience in the EFT domain covering EFT switching, Card Industry, Smart Cards and EMV domains, Payment Cards business, Card Management Systems and Information technology (IT) in general.
  • Similar activity for at least 2 or 3 years at a recognized international financial institution.
  • Detail oriented and analytical
  • Organized with good time-management skills
