To support its development worldwide, we are recruiting a Marketing / Pre-Sales Director for this client.
Responsibilities:
Lead a responsible marketing strategy, essential to the group's CSR approach
Evaluate the marketing budget, manage it and monitor it
Animate the new product releases
Coordinate the progress of campaigns, arbitrate the group's presence at trade shows, ensure the smooth running of event actions
Evolve operational marketing tools
Measure the impact and effectiveness of the deployed means
Ensure technological, strategic and market research
Manage external partnerships and negotiate contracts
Define lead generation campaigns, support and assist salespeople in selling software solutions and services
Manage your team, highlight around the identity, values and news of the company
Develop, in collaboration with HR, the group's Employer Brand
Ensure internal communication
Qualifications:
Experience in marketing on a "high-value" software solutions market
Master degree with more than 15 years of successful experience in a marketing role
Key competencies: creativity, strategic planning, analytical thinking, effective communication, and ability to work in a team
Perfect proficiency of the English and French language
