PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop and implement operational strategies and plans aligned with the organization’s overall
goals and objectives.
· Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and optimize
resource allocation.
· Develop and implement initiatives to improve productivity, reduce costs, and
maximize operational effectiveness.
· Develop and manage the operational budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and
adherence to financial targets. Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement
corrective actions as needed.
· Establish performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational
performance.
· Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team. Set clear goals and expectations, foster a
positive work environment, and promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous
improvement.
· Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness,
quality, and customer satisfaction. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and encourage
employee participation in process optimization efforts.
· Identify operational risks and develop risk mitigation strategies. Implement appropriate controls
and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best
practices.
· Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and external partners. Negotiate contracts,
monitor performance, and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services
· Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, finance, and HR, to ensure alignment
and effective coordination of operational activities. Foster strong interdepartmental relationships
and encourage cross-functional collaboration.
· Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Develop and implement
quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
· Supervise and monitor all operational assets for the Arts in AlUla including but not limited to the Arts
District, Wadi Alfann, and the Contemporary Arts Museum
· Supervise and monitor all service providers for operations in all related assets
