Our client is an innovative company that constantly develops its technological activity. Previously started from the development of an EDM (electronic document management) (GED) solution, it currently offers all the technological solutions that accompany the life of a document (Backup, Security, Electronic Signature, etc.).
To support its development in France, we are recruiting a PMO Director.
Primary Job Responsibilities
· Work on the portfolio budget cross projects making sure all billables are on time while monitoring P&L per project
· Coordinate cross-functional team meetings between support, finance, sales, and presales with a best practice approach
· Implement scaled agile and scrum processes and guide the core team to facilitate release planning preparedness to ensure actionable prioritized program backlog
· Collaborate with the product team to understand and create product backlog and release plan
· Assist with the training of the project team on the application of appropriate procedures and processes methodology by closely monitoring scope and request for comments (RFCs) or by working with scrum teams to communicate the impact of change requests before implementation
· Be accountable for team metrics, including sprint backlog, burn-down charts (capacity, load, and velocity), and release planning
Required Skills
· Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Master's degree is a plus;
· 10+ years as a project manager working on IT-based projects
· PMI and agile certifications like Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Safe, Project Management Professional (PMP), etc.
· Experience using various project management and agile tools
· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (English and French)
· Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills
