As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment efforts
in sourcing, screening, interviewing and shortlisting potential candidates. You will also network to
promote the Employer Brand and attract the best talents.
Responsibilities:
Leverages the use of different sources (database, online employment platforms, referrals, social media…) to identify and attract potential talents
Sources and recruits specific targeted key profiles and builds a pipeline of qualified candidates
Supports in building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for existing and future needs
Administers candidate assessment process and ensures proper documentation of results
Reviews applications and interviews candidates to assess their skills in alignment with the job requirements and Company’s culture
Ensures company staffing needs are filled within set deadlines
Contributes to the accomplishment of other related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Solid hands-on recruitment experience with a minimum of 6 years of recruitment experience in fast-paced organizations
Experience in recruiting junior and mid-senior IT/ Technical profiles is highly desirable
Experience in recruitment agencies is a plus
Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus
Bachelor degree in business management and/or HR Management is required
Advanced experience in sourcing techniques on online social media and recruitment databases
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency level (Word, Excel & Outlook)
Able to meet multiple set deadlines in a fast-paced, changing, dynamic work environment
Proficient in communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented and willing to contribute to the overall workflow of the recruitment activity
High level of organization skills and attention to details
Ability to handle the end-to-end recruitment process
Ability to manage and prioritize multi-task projects
Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with concerned stakeholders
Fluent in English and French is a plus
