Key Responsibilities:
Present the technical capabilities and functionality of Cyber Security Solutions in detail to customer prospects with a benefits-based approach.
Conduct Solutions and product demonstrations in conferences, seminars, and in-person meetings.
Provide guidance to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs and support Sales in the creation of winning proposals.
Provide customer technical information and clarify and ensure a clear scope of services is agreed.
Drive the technical handover from Sales to projects for smooth and efficient delivery.
Be a technical resource for product questions in coordination with the various vendors and partners, and assist in the documentation of product capability for customers.
Help the sales team drive market penetration in the UAE.
Essential Skills:
Able to collaborate with internal and supplier teams to deliver against priority and plan.
3-5 years experience in a pre-sales or technical role in the Cyber Security industry.
various certifications in Cyber Security similar to CEH, CompTIA Security+ , GSEC , SSCP, and vendors Certifications Like Fortinet, Palotalto, Cisco.
A Bachelor/Masters degree (or equivalent working experience).
The ability to provide compelling live product demonstrations & product presentations.
Proven organizational and problem-solving skills, including the ability to meet a business requirement with a technical solution, even in stressful customer situations.
Excellent customer orientation and the ability to build and own strong relationships with client prospects of all levels and experience.
The ability to work under pressure, demonstrating drive and a positive approach to work.
Self-motivator, results and quality orientated, good organizational skills, attention to detail, positive helpful attitude.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written and listening) including an excellent online manner and customer first skills.
Flexibility to travel within the Gulf region.
