Responsibilities
Manage day to day operations of the online store, including daily order processing, order fulfillment, packaging, shipping and logistics…
Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
Work with eCommerce team to review/setup operational KPIs and deliver on those KPIs working with distribution team, warehouse team and external parties
Manage third party relationship, organize weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings, generate reports to review operations and support the day to day operations
Follow up with 3rd party providers regarding shipping and logistics process and solving any related issues
Follow up on customers’ complaints associated with orders updates, orders cancellations, delays…
Plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency in coordination with POS and Inventory control department
Perform quality controls and monitor KPIs
Train and supervise staff
Optimize operations and implement best practices to enhance quality of customer service and increase customer satisfaction
Collate all information and update monthly Management reports.
Conduct ad hoc reporting on business, stock, and customer service metrics
Participate in brainstorming and process review sessions to scale up the operations.
Skills and Experience
A university degree in Business or Project Management
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
Excellent communication and organizational skills in addition to project management experience
Management and leadership skills
Ability to manage tasks simultaneously
Previous experience in shipping and logistics is a plus
Background in the fashion retail industry a plus
Experience working on Magento Ecommerce websites is a plus.
