Our client is a new lifestyle community-based hospitality concept where they merge hotel and residences with a partner-managed co-working space and a lively F&B restaurant and bar
They are looking to hire a Product Owner to lead on the implementation of the existing platform and on its expansion, in alignment with the needs of the business, our team members and our customers. Discipline in executing the plan, communication with all team members and thoroughness in understanding the entire platform are keys to succeeding in this role.
What You’ll be Doing as the Product Owner, including but not limited to
Build strong understanding of the hotels industry and the Prop-tech solutions serving it.
Build strong understanding of the developed product and implemented at the core of the business.
Supervise the product’s backbone to ensure systems’ availability and reliability.
Ensure the product is being used efficiently and securely by all user categories.
Analyze different product performance metrics to optimize and enrich the product’s offering; identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Maintain the integrity of the client’s database and CRM.
Define and own product priorities backed by research and behavioral data.
Collaborate with all company’s stakeholders to drive product analysis and ideation.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to prepare product requirements and coordinate product development and distribution, including client’s website, backend portals and mobile apps.
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape.
Ensure proper documentation is in place for all processes and system requirements/characteristics.
Coordinate with third party providers on issues and updates to the Client platform.
Coordinate with the Home and Host teams on implementing updates for the system and guest facing apps.
Work closely with the operations team and development partners to develop customized reports and dashboards using Power BI.
Work closely with the sales team to understand the needs of potential customers and identify new product opportunities.
Work closely with the Head of marketing for the implementation of website updates and coordinate with related parties to execute.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products in coordination with the Marketing Team.
Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-up meetings to provide direction to the development team or third parties (where applicable).
Lead on the development of the website with a third-party developer.
About you and what skills you'll need
Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or computer science/engineering.
Minimum of 2-3 years in product development and distribution.
Experience in designing and developing digital products.
Ability to lead product development in active collaboration with other departments.
Experience with data modeling and analysis.
Good understanding of customer experience, both online and offline, backed by data.
Both strategic and tactical thinking.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
