About the Position:
As a Senior Sales Development Representative, your primary responsibility will be to identify and generate new business opportunities for the IT products and services offered by the company. You will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by identifying and qualifying leads, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our sales team.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Utilize various prospecting methods including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking to generate new leads.
Research and identify potential clients who fit our target market and qualify them based on their needs and budget.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
Qualification and Opportunity Creation:
Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges and position our solutions as viable options.
Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and ensure a seamless handoff to the sales team for further nurturing and conversion.
Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and key stakeholders through regular communication and follow-ups.
Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, providing them with relevant information and insights to facilitate their decision-making process.
Sales Support:
Collaborate closely with the sales team to strategize on account penetration and develop tailored approaches for key prospects.
Assist in the development of sales materials, presentations, and proposals to effectively communicate our value proposition to clients.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Keep detailed records of all interactions with prospects and provide regular updates on lead generation activities and pipeline progress.
Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven track record of success in sales development or lead generation roles, preferably within the industry.
Knowledge of the industry and services offered by the company.
